Today's photo is another attempt at food photography. In this case I grilled a rib eye over mesquite wood. I created a dry rub and put it on the steak to marinate for 24 hours prior to cooking it. The slices are sitting on a bed of bulgur wheat that has pine nuts, grilled crimini mushrooms, and chopped parsley.
