This evening I decided to put on my pastry chef hat. I made an Indian Rice Pudding. It is considered Indian because of the consistency and the spices I used. I also use Carolina Gold Heirloom rice which is an amazing rice from North Carolina
While at one of my favorite cafes and specialty food stores called Joans on Third I took a few photos. I chose this one because they have one of the finest and most comprehensive cheese selections you would find anywhere. The food here is amazingly fantastic as well.
Worldwide photowalk today. This was one of my favorites. The walk I participated in was in the Echo Park Angeleno Heights area of Los Angeles. I would love to do this more often with a group of passionate dedicated photographers or even better, students!!
