At the Apple Institute we have been treated to some very good catered food. This evening was no different. For dessert I had the option to choose lime, strawberry, or chocolate. I chose all three!! Chocolate was still the best tasting.

The Apple Institute. Part of my newly minted status as an Apple Distinguished Educator meant that I get to experience my first Apple Institute. The institute is being held at Full Sail University. Lots of learning in store for me and the others.

Another Disney day. This time we went to the boardwalk area and rode on the boats in the lagoon area. Ended up being a nice and pleasant day.

For lunch today I had this very tasty salad. It was a mixture of field greens, corn, and tempura bacon. Yep fried bacon. LOL.

Happy Birthday to the USA. I experimented with the settings on the camera and was able to get some decent fireworks shots.
