Google workshop for Educators at a satellite building for South Dakota State Universty in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. While the temps were a cold 22 it was nice to experience winter and I would love to see more of Sioux Falls if I am able to return.

Dinner tonight had two themes: healthy and green. Grilled chicken with a fresh hazelnut pesto, roasted brussel sprouts with a prosciutto chip, and bulgur wheat with fresh parsley and pine nuts.
