Today's photo is a rule breaker for many reasons. As many times as I have been through Chicago to another location I rarely have seen downtown like this and depending upon the time of year sometimes you can't even see downtown. I used my iPhone to get this photo even though it was suppose to be turned off. Only a photo from this high up can yield an image that is similar to a tilt-shift without it actually being one. The Chicago skyline is one of my favorites since you have the lake as a background as well.

Today's daily photo is courtesy of the @dailyshoot theme on capturing a plant or tree. In this case I captured an Orchid while at a local Farmer's Market. Contrary to what many believe, an orchid is actually a plant and not a flower. In fact, more specifically, it is a flowering plant. There were many other photos to choose from and the Farmer's Market is my favorite place to take photos, but this is the one for today.

Today's daily photo is of a Sabertooth Cat. Well this is not the real thing, LOL, but it was at the Page Museum in Los Angeles. This museum is next to the La Brea Tar Pits and very close to the Los Angeles Museum of Art. This area is fantastic to visit and I really enjoy visiting both museums.
