Seems some of the parents are on a political agenda mission to showcase the film that includes a Q&A afterwards with one of the producers. Of course the producer is friends with one of the parents behind this. Rather than having a full blown discussion about the film ahead of time and calling into question many of its' false claims, there was none. Instead the film is being shown on campus with administrative consent (go figure that one) and the teachers are left to defend the very core of what they do everyday. I hate the title since Superman is a fictional character from DC Comics and the real reasons many of our public schools are in the condition they are is due in NO part to the teachers. There are "supermen and superwomen" on every campus across this country. It just seems that nobody wants to recognize the triumphs and accomplishments, they would rather emphasize and exaggerate the trials and tribulations. And I ask the following: How is it possible to wait for Superman at your local school when more often than not Lex Luthor is working
K. Not sure if I will go for a third year in a row, but I will continue to make photo throughout the year and post them.
K. LOL. However, today's photo is following the @dailyshoot assignment of "Compose a photo following the Rule of thirds" However, to truly challenge myself rather than just making a photo following the rule my goal in this photo was to have some of the buildings hit all three intersect points of the rule of thirds grid. Also wanted to continue with my HDR architectural imagery.
K. Oh yeah and I used my trusty fish eye lense to help me get the entire interior.
K. Not sure what the temperature of the water was, but it was most definitely cold. Although I didn't make it to the Eaton Canyon Waterfall (way too many people and the water flow was not safe to cross with camera equipment) I intend to return sometime during the winter.
K.
