Today's daily photo is of dinner. I really like to cook and capture, via photo, many of my creations. In this case I made ravioli last month and froze most of it for later use. This is a simple ricotta cheese stuffed ravioli tossed with an avocado oil and sliced avocados. To compliment this dish I made some roasted asparagus. The ravioli came out fantastic, primarily because I used the really good "00" Caputo Flour.
