Happy Easter. While I could have posted a pic of the food I made and ate I chose to post this one. I could not help but notice the colorful flowers in front of this home. The picture, unfortunately, does not truly capture the breadth of color in the flowers.

Dinner tonight was a freshly prepared beef stir fry. My favorite reason for making dishes like this aside from the healthy aspect is the color. This was prepared with skirt steak that had been marinated for 8 hours and then I put a dry rub on it.

Dinner at one of my favorite spots in Los Angeles. Spanish tapas as good as you can get without buying a ticket to head to Espana. Although having tapas in Barcelona would still be my first choice.

Sometimes I like to get an afternoon cappuccino. I realize in Italy one would never order this after noon, but when you gotta get one, well you gotta get one. This was a yummy one from one of the best breakfast places in Los Angeles. Bread and Porridge

Day trip to The Getty Villa. This is a must see for any tourist or resident in Los Angeles. Add to the fantastic museum experience the day today was simply remarkable.
