The start of the Computer Using Educators Annual Conference. Today I hosted the Google Learning Institute along with another Google Certified Teacher. Conference promises to be exciting, invigorating, and most importantly educating.

Today I received another donorschoose.org grant I wrote. This grant was for a classroom reference set of the titles you see here. Wish the school would support this type of learning, but since it cannot be measured on a test they are not interested. At least my students and I will benefit though.

Yum yum yum. Tonight's menu included fresh marinara made with San Marzano tomatoes, fresh ricotta, and shells. So simple, yet so good. The key is to use good ingredients.

Now for the month of March. Missed a few days last month, but does not mean stop either. For dinner, chicken piccata with penne pasta, roasted brussel sprouts, and a crisp Albarino from Spain.

The weather has been nice. Sunny and mild are the best terms to describe it. As a result the orange blossoms are blooming now. They smell even better than they look.

Craving chocolate so went to my favorite specialty food store and had lots to choose from. Yum!!
